April is show month!

It may have looked liked things were quiet here for the last couple of months, but I’ve been busy behind the scenes! No sooner do I come off the holidays than it’s time to getting ready for the run of spring fiber festivals. I will be at two shows this month, first the Olde Liberty Fiber Fair in Bedford, Virginia on April 18th. This promises to be a nice show with a good selection of vendors.

On April 25th I will be at Powhatan’s Festival of Fiber. This is always a fun show (with lots of great food!) and I am looking forward to seeing many of my central and northern Virginia folks again!

Stop by at either show and say hello! I will have my new baby jacket pattern available as well as printed copies of my holiday ornament booklet. Summer is a great time to work on small projects and I have lots of fun designs that will make for perfect vacation knitting. I’ve also got market baskets back in stock. These are a great product and a portion of the proceeds goes to fund education and health care in the community where the baskets are produced.
